I have an extensive history working in management of both people and projects. I have worked in both public and private sectors. I am an agent of change and of GO, with a passion for community development and sustainability. I have years of experience in building small businesses and pulling together resources to make them happen, from forming a new business- business plans, fund raising, development and policy creation- to operational support: day-to-day office management, event planning, to staffing and HR needs.
Interpersonal and interdepartmental communication are my strong suits- I can write your process manual or your marketing copy, oversee implementation of new technology, train your people, manage operations and logistics, all while having the best time possible doing it.
