I am an agent of change and of GO, with a passion for community development and sustainability. I have years of experience in building small businesses and pulling together resources to make them happen, from writing bylaws, business plans and articles of incorporation, fundraising and event planning, to staffing and HR needs.

Interpersonal and interdepartmental communication are my strong suits- I can write your process manual or your marketing copy, oversee implementation of new technology, train your people, manage operations and logistics, all while having the best time possible doing it.
